Absolute top notch service and very nice selections. I placed my order with estimated completion time of 3 weeks. They even came and finished install on Thanksgiving morning. Not something I expected, they just did and they followed up to make sure I liked it and was happy with the service. I highly recommend Kalacatta Stone.

Pros: Contracted with Kalacatta to fabricate integrated vanity tops. They had a beautiful selection in a variety of stone types which is why we decided to purchase from them. Our existing fabricator had not worked prior with the type of stone we selected so we decided to also have Kalacatta do the fabrication. The fabrication results were nice and the vanity tops looked beautiful. Cons: Unfortunately Kalacatta's customer service after the installation is almost non-existent. The grouting along one of the vanity tops started to peel away after a few short weeks and the linear drainage for the sinks was quite noisy for a few months. Multiple attempts to reach the company via email, phone and text message went unanswered. When we were able to get someone on the phone, we were told that they were busy so would get back to us, but no one ever did. Conclusion: Their stone products are quite nice so purchase from them. If however customer service post purchase is important to you, go elsewhere to get your items fabricated and installed.

Great costumer service, and quality material. I used them for the remodel of my boat. Bought 6 slabs of the Kalacatta Madrid. Its such a beautiful stone super white. No other competitors have slab as white as the ones they carried. Check them out. I highly recommend it!!!

What a difference in quality......I have purchased many tops for my spec homes and rehabs and can see and feel how much better the slabs are. Furthermore the prices are cheaper!!!!! I used them to install the slabs as well and the work was amazing. All the lines where clean and matching. Would highly recommend this place for I have bought many slabs in the past and these are the best!

Excellent service. Their Quartz are better than the ones I have seen in other stores and much much better than Home Depot and Lowe's. You must see their white Quartz. I had "white quartz" in my bathroom and it looked like cream next to the real white Quartz from Kalacatta. Highly recommended!
