I went to this store with the intent of buying my mom a replacement phone with her current phone number because her previous phone was stolen the night before. We did not know her PIN or any relevant account information that would allow the agent to switch my mom's current phone number to a new phone, so I didn't purchase a new phone for her (she needed her phone number to receive verification texts to log into her online bank account to order a replacement debit card, which was stolen as well). The next day, my brother goes to another Metro by T-Mobile location nearer to us and the agent there was able to reset her PIN and switch my mom's current phone number over to a new phone. To this, I ask: why didn't the agent at this particular location reset my PIN? Was it incompetence or laziness? She wasn't the only one at the store; I would assume that her manager was there as well. Why didn't the manager help us resolve this issue that was clearly resolved at another location? I am incredibly disappointed with the service we didn't receive at this Metro by T-Mobile location; I was convinced that they were doing their jobs and that, without that PIN, there was no way to salvage my mother's current phone number. Oh, they were quite keen on selling us a phone that cost $250, but not so keen when I opted to purchase a much less expensive phone.

This metro store is the worst I have seen in Miami. First today, Sunday, I was there to put a line on a phone and first they wanted to charge me 31 dollars more for the connection and 21 for the line and 40 for the line. First I told them no because I I took two people and they didn't charge either the connection or the 21 this is only 40 for the line I told him and he said let me check and he told me you are right and it was only 40 I left the place and came back because the line didn't work the man with EMP ID:EORDON told me that I could not return the 40 dollars. As a result, the police called me and when the very decent officer came, the police officer explained to him what had happened and the person at the store told the police officer that I had a car with for sale that that It was illegal, look how far that individual went, now that it has to do with the fact that I sell my car with the metro store. I recommend that you do not go to that store. They will want to charge you more than what and you only have to pay for the plan. The rest is free, that man wanted to steal everything from me, it was a hoax, don't go to that store, I don't recommend it to anyone because it's a liar, the result doesn't work, the line doesn't communicate, it doesn't even communicate to me, gentlemen, the worst of the worst, thank you

I bought a phone yesterday and they give me a 4G and I'm trying to get a 5G and they said it cannot do knocking about her and I called the manager and she cannot do anything and she treat me like s***I feel sorry for the owner of the store she got the employees they don't work for nothing and I'm planning to call and see if they could do something about it
