Walked in for some small black rubber bands for braided hair and they didnt have any. I thought that was a part of "beauty supply".... if all you need is rubberbands for hair your better off going to Walgreens. As they recommended at Sally's. So 2 stars for sending me in the right direction but they should have had it.

This is one of the worst places that I have been able to buy something, they sell super expensive and you cannot get a credit since they do not return your money, those who attend cannot do it and on top of that you have to call the costumer service just to be told that they can not do anything. Please do not waste your money, all the products that they have can be found in amazon at much lower cost. I made a serious mistake buying in this place, do not go to buy there if you want to avoid upset. You see this 58 with them, 39 in Amazon the same one.

15 cents for a bag!!!!! What the hell is this. How embarrassing. Never again. Rather go to another place been shopping in sally for over 20 years!!! Really!!!! Corporate complain!!! I spent 30.00 and I has to walk out with my items in my hand... and yes to prove a point why will I pay .15 cents to get a bag when I am spending money I rather give 1.00 to donation of any kind than this ridiculous bull!!!! Boycot this Franchise

I spent over $45 and i only bought a few things and one $5 nail polish that i got was dried up and the bristles were messed up, Horrible experience. And btw they always check up on you as if you were gonna steal something.

Horrible Service. They ruined my f hair. The ladies dont know what they are talking about. I had dyed my hair black and everyone knows you cant dye it another color unless you use color remover. I told the lady I wanted to dye my hair vibrant red and she assured me that I didnt need to remove the color and I didnt believe her so I got a color remover and when I go pay she tells me to put it back on the shelf because I didnt need it. She reassured me several times and now my roots are pink I have no money to go to a salon and fix it and I have a super important event to attend. If you have no idea what you are talking about why would you reassure a customer to do something. If Sally head managers are reading this replace the employees because they are ruining people's hair!!!!!!!!! I suggest you go to a REAL professional and not a wanna be before you damage your hair. And it's not only me look at all the comments. Wish I would of taken the time to see these reviews.

Lazy. Tonight they closed the doors 10 minutes (or more) before their actual closing time and they looked right at me shaking their heads when I tried to open the door. Never coming back here again.

They don't know how to specify there discounts on products. I bought a product of shimmer lights shampoo. Discount tag says "$5 off purchase of $20 or more. All shimmer lights products." Does not say that you have to purchase $20 or more on the specific product. Doesn't say size or anything. I bought two products worth $22 dollars and the cashier says that it has to be the big size to count for the discount. Doesn't make sense if the coupon doesn't specify size or what products new to be purchase. Just says $5 off if you buy a shimmer lights product. Suggest you don't guide yourself by their discounts. Just purchase the item if you need it. To top it off she didn't like how I came across and automatically told me to complain with the Sally's website. Horrible service.

Horrible place. They state that they close at 8 pm but the lady closes the door at 7:30 and u knock and she acts like she doesn't hear you. I feel bad for the owner that is loosing business due to lazy a** employees. Hope their staff gets replaced
