Super responsive, super communicative, went out of their way for us - caught a problem in advance (not of their making) and came to us with a solution at the same time they were making us aware of the problem. After receiving a terrible print from a “Well
Known Shirt Company” I was in a bit of a panic because I needed a replacement within 24 hours I found Epic Tees and they were 10 minutes down the road, I called in and spoke with Allan, he heard my situation and provided me a solid quote and guarantee I would have it next morning, I dropped off my botched shirt and had plans to do a print over. The printer at the location was extremely nice and already had an idea for what needed to be done. I picked up my shirt today and come to find out they removed the previous print and were able to print as normal, the quality is fantastic! Epic Tees saved the day and I highly recommend them!

Just wanted to share my experience with Miami Epic Tees. I am the owner of a small training company. I called them today, the phone rang twice and the immediately picked up the call, i spoke to Fabian, from the first hello, he was amazing. We hit it of right away. Fabian is super friendly, very helpful and humble. Honestly he makes you feel like part of the family. I know business is business, but it doesn’t feel like you are calling a business, it feels like you are calling a good friend. I put in my order today for T-Shirts and fitted caps, and will definitely be placing another order for promotional items. I loved it so much that i have already recommended it to a few of my friends. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for T-Shirts, caps, promotional items to help increase their business flow in their company.
