The attention of the employee Matthew says his name is something like this, a guy, small size, black hair, white;; It's horrible how he treated me, he couldn't wait a minute for me to look for my QR code since it was my first time returning and I didn't know, he instantly passed me on to another person in line, he treated me very very rudely, telling me to give him the code, what was it? He wanted to do it, please, that can't happen, they can't mistreat customers like that, and after that he laughed in my face and told me that he was going to serve him whenever he wanted, that he was in charge there. I don't know if he's a manager or something like that.

The person that took care of me when dropping off the package said they do not issue receipts, all other UPS stores I have visits give you a receipt when shipping the package under your personal account. Very UnprofessionalThe receipt is given so that you know which store you shipped from for your records. Will never visit this store again, seems they have other intentions with your packages. ?

This is by far the WORST UPS store anyone can ever visit. The staff is very unprofessional, their customer service etiquette is non desirable. It is obviously independently owned and unfortunately it represents the UPS brand shamefully. Never have I gone here and its been a positive experience.

No one answers the phone when calling to ensure they are open. After rushing through traffic, I arrived in store at 659pm after driving 20 minutes to be told there closed. Still 7 people in line and door is unlocked.Customer service and intent to do business is extremely poor. Your employees should not be turning away business during business hours. I certainly will be taking my business to alternative ups and I will direct anyone I know not to use this establishment. Time is most valuable commodity a person has and your employees wrongly wasted mine.

This store always has a line and only one person attending customers. Doing something as easy as dropping a package takes forever.

I sell online and use this particular location to drop off my packages (I’ve been doing this for the last 2 years) because the post office of far from me. I completely understand that they do not give you a receipt and that they are not responsible if my package is lost.I went into the store on 10/12 around 10:30am to drop off a package. The employee was very dry and rude. No greeting, no smile. When I told him that I was dropping off the package he immediately asked what’s in the package.. In the two years that I’ve been dropping off the package has anyone asked me what was in the package. He then proceeds to tell me. “I can’t give you a receipt and we are not responsible” with an attitude. He then turns and walks to the back. Every time I encounter this employee it’s the same thing. I’ve had enough and decided to put in a review. I don’t know his name but if you pull up video you can see who the employee is. UPS store please do better when selecting your employees has they are a lasting image for your brand. I will continue to come here because I have no other choice I have a business to run.Thank you
