Incredibly poor customer service. Blames the customer for issues with their systems. Par for the course for this area.
I go to Wawa almost every day and I don't have these issues at other locations.

10/25/2025 Thank you Dairo! You went above and beyond to help me find something I was looking for. I really appreciate. The egg white never came on the menu despite all your efforts and after waiting for a whirl I had to leave. Thank you for at least trying. It is more than the other employee was willing to do.
11/8/23 update. It’s gotten worse. Now it’s 6am and no coffee ready, no stacking of any kind. Horrible. Like everything new starts beautiful and if it not well kept and care for it turns into crap.
I made a great review just 2 months ago and since the review my opinion has changed tremendously! Look at the video I just uploaded! I’ve told the employees that the free air and the perks is what makes me come back again and again and trust me I always spend money every time I come. But the free air for the tires are broken and have been broken for over 3 weeks now. Totally destroyed and no one is able to put air. Seriously disappointed . For reference I left the old review… also, when I started coming here with the card I would get about 1 free coffee every other time I would put gas … not anyone, no perks whatsoever… the employees are nice though…
Absolutely love this Wawa!! Gas discount, often get free coffee … the people that work there are super nice and helpful

They deleted my review but oh well here I am again I had a very disappointing experience with the general manager, May, at this Wawa. I placed a mobile pick-up order (#948), and the app said it was ready. When I arrived, I didn’t see it on the rack, so I asked at the counter. Instead of helping, May rudely told me I had to wait because she was still working on walk-in orders (#941) first. This makes no sense — mobile pick-up orders should be prioritized since they’re placed in advance with a ready time provided.
This isn’t the first time I’ve shown up when the app says my order is ready, only to find out it’s not. I understand staff can be busy, but it’s very frustrating when management doesn’t respect the system or the customer’s time. May’s attitude and poor prioritization made the experience even worse.

Love Wawa the prices are great and the point system is fair. I received points for my bday so went one morning by my job and enjoyed a free meal. Thanks Wawa!

I work down the road from this wawa location and I must say this is one of my favorites. The overnight staff are really friendly and work hard to process food orders in a timely manner.
