UNDISPUTED FACTS:
Quote for $2500 was provided on 10/22. It was clear and undisputed that the quote covered everything. I dropped the car off on 10/24 and paid the deposit of $1250 with the understanding that the car would be ready on 10/31. Hours later, they claim that there was $600 plus additional part that wasn't included in the quote. At that point they had my money and my car, and my time of picking up the car and getting a new quote would not be compensated. On 10/29 I was notified that they did not order the part correctly and it would be delayed an additional 5 days. On 11/4 I was notified that my car was ready and I picked up my car. Invoice was provided that had no breakdown of car parts or labor.

This place is the best! Frank and Haldi really went the extra mile to help me repair my car and the turnaround time was extremely fast, my car was ready for pick up within a week. Truly excellent customer service I would 100% recommend getting any type of repair here!

i can’t say enough good things about 1stop collision. i had a dent in my car that was causing water to leak into my trunk. not only did they fix the dent, but cleaned out all the water out from my trunk. i picked my car up and it looked how it did the day i bought it, spotless inside and out. Haldi and his team really go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, you and your vehicle really feel cared for here. not to mention it was affordable. they did a phenomenal job. HIGHLY recommend.
