Called company to come repair. Walk-in cooler came out. Charged my credit card for a service call. Never gave me an estimate for repair. Called three times and asked for an estimate for repair or replacement. Never got anything. 6 months later charged my credit card for a service call. Bad service. Very unprofessional. Asked to speak with owner or manager. No one ever called back

My freezer was not freezing for 2 months and I run a small restaurant which I had warranty on the freezer, Atosa sent 3 different technicians and None could figure it out but when they finally sent someone from 32 degrees service that was a life saver, God BLESS ???
