I recently started using a shopping tote to recycle and a very bitter employee called out to me asking me if she could help me because she's been watching me in the cameras. She said this in front of other customers and I was extremely embarrassed for being accused of stealing while I had a grocery shopping tote. I was getting a care package ready for my dying father. I found and the disrespect and the tone of voice from this very unfortunate human alongside a younger lady whose attitude was uncalled for. To put it nicely I haven't experienced this level of ignorance in my life and I specifically told them I don't like to use plastic I have a shopping tote and they thought I was lying..... please excuse the sassiness but if they spent more time understanding the changes within this industry they wouldn't give someone a hard time when they're already down

The clerk who worked on January 1, 2025 at 3:30 pm treats people extremely badly, I went to fill up with fuel and she told him that it was at the pump and I gave him the money and I had to turn back and tell him that I had not set the bomb and he answered me in a tremendously bad way IF YOU WANT, GET OFF THE BOMB OR TAKE THE MONEY AND LEAVE, what kind of worker is that who treats her clients?

This 7eleven is stealing from people's Wallets do not swipe your card at the register. Because all the machines are rigged for fraud. And all the employees are in on it.I swiped my card last night and I got triple charged.This place needs to be investigated by the fbi‼️

On weekends becoming a zoo.. customer making their one cuban coffee...old man the not working in there just a friend of the place .. but this PO person look sick ??? and he was sniffing all over the cuban coffee machine I went for a colada and I said I better getter for other place. When I told the guy on the counter . he told me who cares.. that the type of employee that 711 have. Bryan is the employee name.
