It feels like a hardware store in your neighborhood, they greet you if you ask them to help you, they will help you, they will take you where things are, they suggest things that are good for the last 15 years, visiting it and it is still good 👍. Do not change.

Friendly staff everything you need in hardware supplies is right here and at great prices to the other customer that said one of the staff was taking their sweet time listening to me if you keep talking how are they able to get their work done kiss keep it simple stupid

Not very customer oriented. One of the young staff members was not having a good day.
Requested simple order but had me waiting for a while until he took his sweet time to listen to me.
Previous owners were much friendlier.

This is my father's favorite hardware store because it's the rare traditional style. It's cramped, but they have what you need as well as better customer service and advice than you'll get at the big box store. I needed a handful of screws the other day and they put em in a crisp paper bag for me and charged me nothing! I don't expect it every time, but they reward loyalty. Great part of the community.One star off because it's cramped and short hours, but we all need work-life balance!

I can always count on Ace Burgin’s Hardware store in Hialeah. Once again, they provide the best possible customer service. Love them always. Love that they are always willing to help.
