Extremely unprofessional and arrogant people working at this location,They hang-up the phone without picking it up they just hang-up the phone and when they get tired of that they pick-up the phone and put you on hold and never attend you. I cannot believe these people are getting away with doing this every day 24/7 and nobody cares. Every employee at this location does this all of the employees from this location should be reprimanded or terminated.

When i asked for a computer check on my car. They stated they don't check the car's computer after 6:30pm. It was 7:15 and they close at 9pm
