I purchased a headlight that was recommended by an employee but it was not the right fit. I went back to swap it for the one I need (I had the receipt and went back the same day) and they would not refund the money for the one that they recommended but was incorrect. I was not told that there is a difference between high beam and low beam bulbs and that I should know which one I need before purchasing because I would not be able to return it. Management either does not properly train their employees or they engage in dirty, underhanded tactics meant to improve their bottom line. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for your auto part needs. There is an AutoZone in the same strip mall. Go there instead.

I don't understand why people still buy parts, accessories and cleaning products from these people. Prices are ridiculous! You can get the same things or better online for 1/3 the price.

This is another one of those places where they are not honest, they sell you a piece with a "Guarantee" and then when you come back to claim the warranty the "buts" start... But you should have bought something else, and 20 excuses not to. give you the guarantee. Anyway another scam place.
