I’ve been a loyal customer at Advance Auto Parts for my car needs, but I had a disappointing experience recently. I stopped by at 7 PM to get my engine light checked, only to be told they couldn’t do it at night. When I asked what time would be best to come back, the response was vague and unhelpful. I expected better communication and service. Clearer information would go a long way to improving the customer experience. You can do better, Advance Auto Parts!

Worst of the worst!
I have a commercial account with this company & had an emergency outside my home store. I send a customer to pickup parts(will call) at a nearby location (parts were already paid by us) & they would refuse to give my customer the paid parts!
The manager on duty was not helping whatsoever - my home store even offered to speak to
them but they refused to even pick up a phone and call nor answer their incoming calls. Very unprofessional, rude & the list just goes on.
Nonetheless my customer was stranded with a baby and they would still not assist! Shame on you ( YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE)

The older lady with yellow hair is extremely rude. She shouldn't work there. She's very rude with the customer and employees.

There is no costumer service and the customer is not important. It is a store that is not busy but still. The workers there prefer to take inventory and their things because according to them they are very busy before serving customers. Customers have to wait because they say they are busy.
