Westland mall store is a Rainbow store, they have a Rainbow flag at the door. When i asked how long that flag been there, a manager who refused to give her name said is none of my business and hung up on me. ILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.. I HAVE NITHING AGAINST RAINBOW PEOPLE,... IM JUST NOT ONE OF THEM!!

Whenever I go to buy at Aeropostale in Westland, Selene always helps me. I love her service. She always strives to give me the best service that no clothing store does. Her way of serving is very friendly.

The manager of the place is very rude, very disrespectful, she should not work with clients, they made a mistake with an item of clothing I bought and the lady spoke to me in a very bad way, yelling instead of apologizing for what they had done.

Came into the store with my daughter and the employees here are extremely rude speaking bad about the customer’s attitude not knowing I was the parent of the customer they were talking about. Management really needs to step it up when it comes to customer service from the staff
