My mother took her car in here for something simple. Not only did they charge her an arm and a leg for it and not fix it, but they also stole items from her car. Strongly advise not to come here, ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Excellent, honest, fair, affordable, honor, integrity, amazing expertise, fast, efficient, thorough. They really are the Best. The only thing wrong is the Google Maps needs to have the full name as it's hard to locate for future re-visits and it doesn't show up when doing a general search. I fortunately remembered approximately where they're located and recall eating at the Applebee's nearby while waiting on a previous visit. I did a street view on maps to locate them. Gas is too expensive to drive around hunting so I used technology. And yes they are so awesome that I did all this to make sure I located them again. Now, I programmed their phone number in my contacts so it will be easier next time. Vladimir is awesome and apparently one of their best bilinguals. Thankful because I'm learning Spanish but I'm not fluent as of yet. I totally appreciate other people doing their best to help out in conquering each other's language barriers. If you're English speaking only, just ask if Vladimir is available for you and if you're in Miami, especially Hialeah, be a good individual and learn some basic Spanish at least. Bienvenidos a Miami mi amor.

2001 grand marquis took the car in for alignment they put the car up on the rack three times on a Sunday.
