Lights were one for several minutes but they did not restart the movie, everyone was complaining about the heat. We asked the staff to please turn on the ac for theater 8 we were told it should be changed and we returned to our seats. After the film now covered in sweat when we confronted the staff member, we were told, if it was too hot you wouldn’t have stayed.
Drive to another AMC you’ll have a better time.

This was actually insane. The smell of humidity and just straight rain inside the theater was odd and then the ceiling just blew me away. The staff was great though. The head of the company really needs to tend to this place, the staff shouldn’t be dealing with this smell and this environment they could get awfully sick. It’s really overpriced for what you get bc damn.

The 7th theater felt cold/wet and smelled like mildew, seat were awful. The 10th theater the seats were alot better but it smelled funky.
The bathrooms were not the cleanest, smelled like pee.

The auditorium looked like it survived a war zone. Acoustic ceiling? Peeling like a bad sunburn. Paid extra for premium seats, got broken relics from the 80s instead. I don’t know how these clowns are still in business. Absolute yikes.

I believe the city of Hialeah deserves a better movie theater. AMC locations I’ve been to elsewhere have provided amazing experiences. This place looks dirty, the seats are extremely uncomfortable, and the screens have poor visibility—you have to sit sideways as an adult just to be able to see. My kids were really uncomfortable. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, and the kitchen looked gross too. I think they should either improve or completely rebuild the theater. As for me, I won’t be going back to the AMC in Hialeah.

This was a really disappointing experience. The theater floors were filthy—sticky, grimy, and clearly not cleaned properly. On top of that, there was a strong damp, musty smell throughout the place that made it feel downright unpleasant.
To make matters worse, I noticed several large holes in the ceiling tiles. It looked neglected and honestly kind of unsafe.
The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were nice and polite, but that doesn’t make up for how run-down and poorly maintained the theater is. I won’t be coming back

I recently visited the AMC in Hialeah and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered at a theater. Allegedly there was no manager on duty, and staff members kept giving me the runaround when I asked for assistance. The food and beverage service was especially poor employees were rude, unhelpful, and didn’t even bother to greet me. One even rolled their eyes while taking my order.
The hallways, particularly near the restrooms, smelled strongly of urine, which made the entire experience feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. As an AMC A-List member, I expect a higher standard. This location is extremely outdated and rundown, and it’s disappointing that a company as large as AMC hasn’t invested in upgrading or maintaining this theater.
AMC, please do better. This location is not up to par with your brand, and it’s unfair to loyal members who choose your theaters over others.

Visited the theater tonight to see Superman. Various seats in the theater were broken. Broken and non functional to the point of perhaps causing injury. The cleaning and service staff were non responsive to our issues including unclean restroom facilities and the seating debacle. This is a terrible look for the AMC brand, which I have known for years to be an upscale venue. Whomever is operating this business, needs to get “in the weeds” of these various problems. It’s an entertainment venue, not a train wreck. Terribly disappointed from a 20 plus year customer.

Jurassic Park with Spanish subtitles, but the issue was we couldn't understand the subtitles because of Blured lines. Doble vision and poor quality of imagines (both the movie and subtitles).Hard to watch.

This is the worst movie theater I have been in my entire life. The seats I purchased were broken luckily they switch them but the new one I got look so dirty I was grossed out to seat on them the floor was disgusting too and the bathrooms are also a mess. Save yourself the trip and money or find another theater. This place should be closed down.
