Honestly F this store. I might as well order a phone online and have it shipped to my house. I walked in to do an upgrade, everything was fine until the representative PEDRO told me that I am forced to get the insurance and the NEXT program with the upgrade. That if id like to remove it I have to call AT&T because on their system in the store everyone is forced to get it
This is such a horrible way to sell insurances, they are tricking you and telling you that their system does not let them remove it. I called AT&T and they told me some stores do that to get the credits and so they can tell their managers they sold insurance with an upgrade.
This sounds like a scam to me! I had to take time out of my day to call AT&T cause some idiot forced me to get the insurance and now I have to call back again because I cannot take out the NEXT feature in my plan until the 14 days
If you want to do an upgrade in this store, save your time and energy and just order it online. That way you can choose the features you’d like on your plan and are not forced to get features you don’t really need.
I hope the manager sees this and talk to his employees about this. Especially PEDRO which is the guy who helped us

I was at AT&T 8/3/24 Clean Nice place all employees were friendly, my devise was a trade in Value, I Love my new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, Fold phone.
Great experience sales rep was wonderful knowledge of products as he explained, his Deliverance was great and pleasant I would recommend this store.

Erica was great, very knowledgeable, patient, and has a great attitude. Went to the store because my mom lost her phone and needed it to get a new one. Definitely will be returning and will recommend to family and friends. Happy customer??? Erica is the best!!!

I came after going to verizon to the check on the plans, I never bother to make reviews but i walked in and the workers just looked and went back to whatever they were doing. no one bothered to even say hello. We stood there for about 5 mins and decided to just walk out. I’m usually a really patient person and a simple “we’ll be right with you” would be okay, but they didn’t care. Really disappointed, even the guy at at&t Bjs treated us better.
