Trash, trash. Didn't install my phone right, didn't give me a refund, had to come here 3 times just to go to another location to get my phone corrected right. They did not install my telephone properly, they did not give me a refund for things that I bought but then did not need, I want to go somewhere else to install my telephone correctly.

Daniela at this AT&T location was extremely helpful. I had to transfer my service from Xfinity Mobile to AT&T. (Do yourself a favor, NEVER EVER get Xfinity Mobile--they are the worst!) The agent from Xfinity was helpful but her instructions to getting my Transfer Pin was quite misleading. It's almost like they don't want you to transfer services. Daniela at AT&T knew exactly what to do and helped me get the Transfer Pin, Account Number, and all necessary data to complete the transaction.
Daniela also told me about all the promo deals regarding the iPhone 16. She also assuaged me to get the AT&T Business package. Well worth the savings.
Daniela was honest and re-explained things to me until I fully understood what I was getting into. By all means, please give Daniela a raise! She has truly earned it.

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store thanks to Maykel! He was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Maykel went above and beyond to help me resolve issues with my phone lines and billing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I left the store completely satisfied. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service these days. Thank you, Maykel, for your dedication and hard work I truly appreciate it!

I want to thank you for the good service I received at the AT&T “El Mercado” store. The store was full, customers everywhere but the manager, Mrs. Monica, is aware of everyone who enters and does not let anyone go without offering her welcome and smile. I was a companion, my intention was not to buy a phone but I left with 2. The good treatment of her and her employees Maikel, Reynolds, Daniela, Edianys was formidable. A group of salespeople who make you feel at home and explain everything clearly. There is no deception or cheating, just good customer service and obviously selling quality products with 5 stars on Google 🤩
