Bad Costomer service and really bad manger and he charge me for the new phone $91,59 and after that he said your phone screen is broken I don't know come and he didn't give me refund money and the manger was watching never help, I’m never ever going to this store again

SCAM ARTISTS DONT GO TO THIS STORE!! Went into store to get 4 ipads. The representative told me “since you are getting so many devices the insurance is automatically added, you can call 24hrs later to cancel if you dont want to keep it” i told him if thats the case only sell me one i dont want insurance. He states i need to get my manager, so a guy called Alexander comes out and tells me its OBLIGATED to get insurance even if its one device. They are trying to SCAM PEOPLE. Long story short went into other AT&T store one block from them and was able to get my ipads with no insurance. Be carefull this people will add anything they can ro you bill —- BAD BUSINESS
