This store is an absolute Scam, they told and I quote: “ Your first bill is going up a tiny bit and then you will pay the same you paid before” ( 65 per two lines ). Conclusion: first bill 513 dólares and second bill 250, They straight up lied to me, and stole my money. Don’t recommend, I was assisted by theee different people including one store manager ( a young guy was the manager, and old lady and another young guy with a Mariah Carey hair style, if you want to identify them, Stay away, thieves, This business acts completely scammy. I will take legal action as soon as possible. ATT corporate also didn’t show any interest in sorting out this situation. Felt like att was completely aware of how this franchise operates.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! DON'T COME HERE! A bunch of scammers that lie and add insurances, next up upgrade and other stuff to your account without your consent. A bunch of liars. Hazarth Mercado was the sales person who did this to me. These people are thieves and liars just to make numbers for the store. Hazarth Mercado was the saleswoman who did this to me.

Personal not trained properly .. and when I challenge with my basic knowledge the employee starts lying to hide they acknowledge and their mistakes.
The person who helped me is not prepared and lacks knowledge and when I tried to correct him with my basic knowledge he made up lies to justify his mistakes... he only wasted my time.

I came to this place to add 2 phone lines to an existing account, after waiting for a long time for more than half an hour without anyone answering us, the manager came out in a very rude tone and in the end we couldn't resolve it. I recommend that you do not come to this office if you do not want to waste your time! I don't recommend it at all

I visited the store to find information about the benefits that AT&T offers me to make a change of company soon, luckily for me Yudith, a beautiful young woman, helped me. I must say that I was looking to talk to someone older looking for experience, but I want to acknowledge my Total and absolute mistake.
