Within two weeks, Ernesto has serviced two of my cars. One car belonged to my oldest son and the other was my personal car. My son's car needed a lot of work and Ernesto told me specific things that needed to be worked on. After letting the mechanic review what was needed, Ernesto came back and told me what needed to be repaired per the mechanic. It was almost like the mechanic confirmed what Ernesto said at beginning. This is not the first time he's worked on my car. He does an excellent job of making sure that I have the best service. Today I brought in my personal car for an oil change. I also asked Ernesto to advise me if there was anything else that needed to be done. After reviewing my service history and checking my car personally, he told me about my back brakes, filters that needed to be changed and two of my tires. He talked about how the tire threads were fine and explained how the cracks in the inside of the tires could wear down. He was very specific as always. In both cars, he thoroughly explained the costs. I need to write these things because I know Ernesto has been at Auto Nation Honda for a long time. I've seen people come and go and he's been there. That's why I trust him with my car and with my son's car. I have a third car in the family that was brought from Auto Nation Honda. This is my youngest son's car and of course he goes to Ernesto when he needs his car serviced. As always, Ernesto doesn't just earn a five he earns a 10+. if i could give 0 stars i would.. The dealer should be able to assist people without the worry of getting ripped off like mechanics on the street. I was charged between $5,000-$7,000 for work on my car that i took to a mechanic that offered a $3,000 job .. i will never return to this place ever . and then when i got there they still tried to charge me $481 for just looking at my car and to change the spark plugs NEVER AGAIN

Thank God I didn't listen to them and took my Odissey from that shop, they wanted to charge me $1,400 dollars to change the front door mirrors and solve my blind spot problem. Mmmm… be careful gentlemen, if there is one thing this site specializes in, it is charging you for a diagnosis and it is not correct.
