I return to Honda answering a recall from the dealer, and to to my car service. This time Charlie Ruiz was the assistant. Excellent attention before and after the service. Charlie explain everything very clear and understandable. I was very pleased. The service was faster than ever. Thank you!
I went this Saturday may 5th 2024 to do maintenance and my advisor was Mr Bevil, excellent customer service and a very professional attention's, was patience to explain to me all the services, and all the time was happy to attend the customer . He deserves 5 stars!

I had the best experience at this location especially because Wilson Lopez helped me throughout the whole way so I can leave there with a brand new Honda Accord the most amazing experience I had and also the communication the service was outstanding. Definitely only going back to him.

The worst experience with the service representative was the worst. I called to find a solution for my car and he hung up on me. I called him back and they put me on voicemail. What a disappointment and lack of respect. I never thought it would be like that.
