Terrible customer service since at the time of charging they are too good, but at the time of a problem with some part and wanting to return a product, they tell you to go to another store, because they have problems with the system, terrible service.

Almost all the pieces I buy are made in this place, and I have always been pleased, and their workers are very trained, but I have noticed that when you go 1 hour before closing, the treatment is not the same, nor friendly 😏 and sometimes somewhat rude, I recommend that if you are going to compare something, do not go an hour before or half an hour before because it will not be well attended,
Especially a particular worker that has already happened and I have seen his bad mood on occasions, but I will have the pleasure of returning half an hour early, to see if that worker happened to have had some bad days, I'll tell him.

I am so very thankful to Gabriel! He helped me out with a battery test and let me know that the battery was in poor condition. He helped me fine the best battery for my car and helped me install it. I’m so glad Gabriel was there, idk what I would have done. Thank you so so so much!!!
