I recommend not sending important documents through this company. On Monday I called to find out to send a document that had to be in Colombia on Friday. They informed me that if I took it on Tuesday before 10 am they would arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. Well, I trusted that I left the document and they told me that they were going to send the document the same day and that they would send me the tracking number the same day. Well, I never received the number on time. I received it yesterday and without the correct link information to be able to check it. I had to call to find out and the lady's response is first that they sent it and that tracking number does not yet appear in the system because it has not arrived in Colombia, so wait until tomorrow, that is, today, Thursday so that I can track it in the system. I waited until today to enter that number again and what a surprise that the system says that it is still here in the United States. I called again and now a man answers me saying that he doesn't know why this information appears than to talk to the Avianca manager. Imagine the lies that are invented by believing stupid people. Finally he tells me that any update will call me and let me know, I mean why the hell are they going to call you, they better have the pants to say that they do things wrong. Really very disappointed that they do not provide good service and do not speak the truth through lies, they attract customers only in order to make money.
