Honestly if I can give 0 stars I would. My wife came here asked to see what the pricing was over the phone before coming with our two dogs stated a price and then when arrived said there is an office visit charge for both dogs was not disclosed as I’m bringing both to one visit and if it was disclosed Atleast before since it was a drive we would still do the service since our dog needed the vaccine but we will def go somewhere else. Then someone yelled out from the room to the lady in the front desk we weren’t doing the service where everyone can listen from the lobby was just embarrassing as well. Going to take my dogs elsewhere.

Everyone here is exceptional. They are so sweet and they take such great care of my animals Roxanne and Angel. They are the best team at Banfield.

I adopted a rescue Yorkie 6 months ago and I was looking for a new veterinarian given I wasn't pleased with the first one I took her too. I took came across the offer for a free first time visit to Banfield in Hialeah and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind staff and the attention they gave me and my dog. They weren't trying to hustle me into anything and were professional. I will definitely return.

I lover this place every time I go there every question that I have they always give me good answers and the take care of of my dog really good I’m so satisfied with all the staff they treat me and my dog like family I strongly recommend to all the pet owners thank you for your service

Don't go here. People will attack you as if you did something wrong to your animal and their wellness plan is a contact that will require you to pay in order to cancel. Went to the hospital twice and to cancel my plan they want 500 dollars

We bring our two cats here and it's always a great experience. No stress for us. Staff is kind and polite, and very thorough in explaining everything to us. We no longer live as close to this location as we'd like but we will always drive all the way here from Broward.

I’ve been coming for 3 years and everyone is really kind. I much prefer to go to this location as they’ve often saved me money as opposed to other practices that would instantly charge a couple thousand a visit.

I decided postíng this review because I really don’t like it.
A while ago I had my pets in this hospital , it was between 2019 and 2021.
Dr. Gutierrez hace me the opportunity to put my 2 pets, older dogs in the plan of banfield hospital
Which I thought were very good
And I thank you al very much fot the services provided

This complaint is going to the Cuban Hispanic male vet they have there. These are the traits he displayed on my first meeting with him: very unprofessional, unorganized, egomaniac, lost, and rude. He talks to you like you’re dumb and doesn’t answer your questions correctly. He said we would be paying zero dollars for our visit because they made me bring my cat in for an all day checkup and did zero tests on her just for the front office lady to tell me that I do have to pay a fee. I was astonished by how lost the man was.
He doesn’t listen and interrupts people when they’re speaking. When I got there he was fighting with the lady before me, I began to learn why. I can tell that the nurses and front office lady’s are tired of defending him. They also can’t stand him and it’s perfectly clear why.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! The male vet at this pet hospital is extremely rude and arrogant. He has a loud tone of voice and thinks he can intimate you. He puts notes in his system wrong and refuses to admit it because he says his notes are “legal”. Oh and let’s not forget he don’t mention you that your dog has a heart mummur on your first visit and declines to do blood work because of an infection but he puts down on his notes that you as a customer declined to do bloodwork. This individual is extremely rude and was fighting with me infront of others customers when I asked him to kindly bring out my dog so I could pay and leave. Very disrespectful and he should not be allowed to work in a pet hospital. I wish I caught his name but unfortunately I didn’t since he was too busy fighting with me instead of trying to help me with my dog. He is the only older cuban hispanic vet guy there that goes out to talk to you about your pet. I will not return!! Terrible service and they literally charged me $50 for my visit today for giving me no information at all. I literally know the same thing I knew 2 weeks ago when I went the first time.

I just started been a customer for Banfield going into my 2 years already wanted to cancel the plan I bought because I am paying more than $600 dollars a year and the plan does not cover much but when I went back to do her annual rabies vaccine we found out that she had a Urinary infection that I have been telling them from long before paid so much because I did not have the plan at the beginning and they told me she have nothing her pee very stinky and strong, so they gave her clavamox for 5 days and extended it for 11 days more I went today to pick up the extended medication and the from desk girl treated me like if I was stupid because I came home and the medication was in powder so I had to go back and ask the first one was liquid so I have to spread the powder over her food? She did not even know what to do went inside then came out and said it is just to mix with water you could have done that I said to her how would I know that with no instructions on the box that say so, I mean not even she knew what to do and she works there she had to go inside and obviously ask someone inside she is very rude and have no knowledge why is she working there. I am glad with the doctor and the nurse because my dog urine is no more stinky but at the front desk they should really have people more friendly and knowledgeable.

My humble opinion about the hospital is that the ladies from the front desk and the nurses are amazing. I know Asher is in good hands when I get there and drop him off. The only reason I give four stars and not five is because of the long time they take, sometimes up to five hours just for vaccines. I understand they have a great number of pets specially on Saturdays, but I think it’s way too long. Other than that, I am pleased with the Hospital.

Don’t come to this Banfield my dog had ear infections for months. The vet refused to do a culture after the second time I returned causing them to over medicate my dog. This caused him to have a stroke and pass away. I had the pet plan and after his death they advised I still had to pay the remaining months or the full price of the services rendered even when they were the ones who caused my dog to die. Please don’t come here save your money and pets !!

Never go to this place, they do not explain well what they sell you... they tell you that they sell you insurance that you pay month by month and when you want to cancel they tell you that you have to pay for the entire year, they must hire professional people that they speak clearly to you when selling your pet's insurance.. DON'T GO, LISTEN TO ME YOU WILL SAVE A LOT OF HEADACHES AND STRESS..
