The products are good and I like them but the customer service is nothing to do with, a lot of store staff walking around inside it, 4 people at the registers and only one working, the others labeling products and apparently doing something and the line is huge. Even if the products are nice, if the customer service is bad, you lose customers by not trying to improve it.

Love this bbw store it’s around the corner of my house so that’s a plus, I’m a loyal costumer I come here every two months and their costumer service it’s always good they always welcome you with a big smile and always ask you if you need help all the girls here are sweet and the boys too hands down to the Hialeah bbw ❤️

OMG WHAT A PLEASURE IT WAS THEY ARE SO HELPFUL AND DELIGHTED THAT YOUR THERE. I FELT LIKE PRINCE HARRY AND MEGHAN IT WAS AMAZING ! NATHALY AND PABLO ARE GREAT AT THEIR JOB AND PABLO WELL, HE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WORE HIS APRON WELL. BOTH OF THEM ARE JOYOUS AND MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL. I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP HERE AT THE BATH AND BODY WORKS AT WESTLAND MALL JUST SO I COULD STAY IN TOUCH WITH PABLO HE WAS REALLY HELPFUL WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MEN LINE.
