“Ferman & his wife (his better half ?) have a family business to be extremely proud of! We live in Key West & my Dad was in need of new batteries for his golf cart, so I called Performance USA Battery & what a pleasure to have a human answer my call, no automated response to lead me nowhere. Ferman’s wife (I’m so sorry I can’t recall her name) was so pleasant & helpful, she immediately got me connected to Ferman to make sure he had the appropriate batteries in stock & he certainly did! So early the next morning we made the trek to Miami, to pick up the batteries. Within 30 minutes we had the 8 new batteries loaded in our truck & they even took the old batteries to dispose of properly! From start to finish our interaction with Ferman & his team was extremely pleasant, professional & efficient! Also, the batteries were very fairly priced, with all of the inflation in prices everywhere, it was so nice to not walk away feeling as in we had been taken advantage of! “This place was a life saver and a time saver. They also have great customer service. I was able to find a windshield wiper that advance auto parts tried two different wipers to get on and couldn’t. The rep Bertrand at O’ Reilly only tried one time and got the correct wiper on. He was also able to change a tail light and air filter really quick! It’s great to have a store with products in stock and able to assist you in putting it in. Love this place!”
