Very Bad customer service at this location!
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and disrespectful behavior I experienced during my visit to your branch located at 7775 west 33er ave Hialeah Fl 33018 on Oct/21 . My wife and I came in with the intention of opening a second account (savings ). After sitting for over 10 minutes without any assistance—despite there being no other customers present—a bank official Felipe Arieta finally decided to attend to us at this point he already came with an attitude ,
As I began explaining our needs, the bank employee repeatedly cut me off, refusing to let me finish my sentences. I asked him to let me complete my explanation, but instead of listening, he raised his voice, insisting that I needed to listen to him. His tone was confrontational and disrespectful, which only escalated the situation. I felt unnecessarily confronted, and my wife became extremely uncomfortable when the employee stood up aggressively. At that point, we decided to leave.
As we were walking out, the employee shouted, "You don't know who I am! I'm the bank manager, and I'm not here to let anyone disrespect me." I turned around and informed him that the disrespect came from his side, as I was simply a customer seeking assistance with my banking needs.
This entire experience was shocking and disappointing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial position. The aggressive and disrespectful behavior of the bank manager was entirely uncalled for, and it has left me with no desire to return to this branch.
I trust that this serious matter will be addressed, and I hope you take the necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.

I am writing to formally express my concern and dissatisfaction with the treatment I witnessed during my recent visit to your today October 23, 2024 I observed an interaction between the bank manager and a customer that I found extremely disturbing and unprofessional.
The bank manager's conduct was rude, aggressive, and completely unnecessary. Instead of addressing the customer's concerns, the manager handled the situation in an abrasive and disrespectful manner, escalating what could have been a simple conversation into a hostile confrontation. As a bystander, I felt very uneasy and uncomfortable with the way the situation unfolded.
This experience has left me with a negative impression of your bank, and as a result, I will no longer be visiting this branch in the future. I expect better professionalism and customer service, especially from someone in a managerial position. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to ensure such incidents do not occur again.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to hearing about the actions taken to address this concern.

Three employees at the front assisted me by cashing a check, at the same time passing videos on the cell phone to the other. Now you can understand why they deposited my money in the wrong accounts, very bad service.

Waited for 32 minutes to have a notary while 2 people sat at their desks without clients. I realized one was watching videos on his phone and I almost lost it. Customer service isn’t hard. This is why software will so easily replace jobs like this. Do your job while you still have it.
