My review is 100% authentic. I’m telling you this because the owner may claim it’s a fake.Things started out ok. I called Bella earlier this year and spoke to Claudia. I didn’t want to use them because they had so many 1-star reviews. But I was referred to them by someone I trust (APC Packaging). So I thought I would give them a chance and I called and spoke to Claudia Mena.I directly asked her to explain all the problems and reasons for the other 1-star reviews on Google. She defended her company, and said all the right things to me and said some reviews were fake. So I entrusted her with my projects. Big mistake.I have a high-end luxury brand so I provided my own art files. I expected my items to be done to perfection, as promised on the phone. These bottles have been printed elsewhere for a number of years because they are top-sellers, so it didn't dawn on me that anything could go wrong.The first disappointment was that they took 6 months to fill my order!The second was that they could not find the colors which are standard colors (so I had to mail them my color wheel/book!)The third disappointment and biggest offense that has caused me to post this review was that they broke or scuffed, dented or lost $1200 in components (acrylic airless bottles).See picture attached. Thousands of bottles were lost or destroyed, or sent to my laboratory looking second-rate!It would have been easy for Bella to make me happy, I even told them how. And this could have been a 5-star review if they took care of me, and reimbursed me for my loss due to their carelessness. They ruined these items 100%.And sadly, I paid $10,000 in full, and only wanted them to step up and behave with morals.Probably 150 emails and a few heated phone calls went into dealing with Bella Printing.Last mistake I made - I paid in full before seeing my items. Actually, I was forced to pay them in full before I could see their work. They refused to ship it out and give me net 30. Now I know WHY she sent repeated emails demanding payment prior to shipping!Because if I had seen this poor workmanship, I would not have paid the balance! So I threw out into the trash what amounted to $45,000 in potential sales! In other words, I could not sell many of the components that were damaged by Bella Printing. They just looked so bad, and do not represent my brand well.My company is big enough to recover from this massive loss, but yours may not be and I feel it is my ethical duty to share my experience. When I engaged an attorney to gain remuneration, he said there was no contract, so it was really up to the honor and integrity of Bella Printing to do what's right. They chose not to.

Ordered 2000 bottles with off-seam printing from Bella, and 1500 bottles of the order were printed directly on the seam, had fingerprints in the logo, smeared logos, dirt and debris printed in the logo. The business refused to respond to legal correspondence, refused to replace the bottles, or refund money for the order, leaving our small business out thousands of dollars and with only 500 usable bottles.Complete scam artists. You'd be best served taking your business elsewhere, steer clear of these guys.

Horrible experience. Simply they don't care. They do not put the effort that the print and designs look good. Asked for sample print before mass production, yet they did not do it. They do not communicate, answer emails. Everything came back printed wrong, prints coming off, broken. Asked them to replace the bottles they printed on and they said no. They said no for a refund and blamed the shipping company. I have forget all the money for the bottles and get new ones. It is my hard earned money and lost now.I will never use them again. Horrible communication. They do not care about the quality of the work. I asked several times for a sample print and they said no and printed all the glass packaging. All came back printed wrong, broken and prints coming off! They do not refund and blame the customer.I lost all the money I invested in the printing with them. I feel betrayed and scammed. Extremely poor line of communication. They speak to you as if they don't care. Don't bother to make sure that the design comes out as well as possible. I asked several times to have mock up done before mass production but they never gave me one. They printed large quantities of sub-par final products without my go ahead, which adversely affected my new product/business launch. Asked them to replace the bottles they printed on and they said no. I have to eat the cost of the bottles and get new ones. I will never use them again, and would advise anyone who cares about the process and the quality of their final product to not use them either. One of the least professional companies I have had to deal with.

Unfortunately, very poor line of communication with customers, as if they don't care. Don't bother to make sure that the design comes out as well as possible. Promised to show customer sample printing before mass production, yet never bothered, and printed large quantities of less-than-ideal final products, adversely affected our new product launch. Will never use them again, and would not advise anyone who care about the pleasantness of the process and quality of the final product to use them either. One of the least professional companies I have dealt with.
