worst cleaners. advertisrs same day service. nope. attendee was morr concern in sweeping the floor then giving good advice. Here is an example storr should be cleaned before you leave the store. am when you open is to give great customer service.

Terrible, today I. A person answered, I suppose the administrator or the manager, the question was for when do you need it, I told him and he put my things in a bag and he told me we won't do anything for you here, they don't pay me a commission and I haven't had lunch. Cm, if that were my problem, if you are hungry, take your time, the client must be well attended to from start to finish. It is not the way to tell a client that you cannot take their job, terrible service, I will never go again I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Be careful what you take to these cleaners. They “lost” or stole a $200 blazer. There’s no management, no owners, no one to give face for lost items. Employees have no idea who the owners or managers are to give you a response. I really do not like writing these types of reviews. Just be mindful, I wish I didn’t have to learn the hard way.

I took my tuxedo for dry cleaning 2 weeks before a wedding i has to attend. I confirmed that there was sufficient time to Have it ready. Came back a week later and they seemed surprised to not have my button down shirt together with my tux. Then i was told my shirt was sent somewhere else because of the buttons on it. I came back a week later (2 days before the wedding) and my short was there but horribly pressed with the buttons melted. The employee tried to ignore it while i inspected the shirt. I wasnt offered any reasonable solution and was even told, “This is not an inconvenience, an inconvenience would have been if we damaged the shirt. Buttons can simply be replaced.” I finally picked up the shirt and was extremely dissapointed when i saw the horrendous buttons they replaced. I will never use their services again.

The woman who serves has 0 ethics for the clients alone. I asked her a question because 4 tickets she told me in a bad way, that's how the clerk did it. Don't you see that you have all the shirts, it was just a question, I asked it to another client but I thought that Maybe it was Clinte for nothing, he's a non-person who doesn't know how to deal with Clinte.

I was there q lot of times for my grandma clothes and pick it up and the people there are very cool and down to earth they always got your clothes on time and excellent condition and if they need more time they let you know but for years I am so glad to be a customers for them even if was for my grandma clothes highly recommended it.
