Less than 1 star...customer service super bad...asking for results that take forever 1 week after tests...my sister had to give so much information that I thought she was dealing with ICE instead of a simple verification...at the end they said they will post the results when they have them available!!...suoer bad service!!!!???

The Lab in Pembroke Pines SW 129 Avenue is supposed to open at 7:30 am. Not open yet at 8 AM, not open at 9AM and I got tired of waiting. Two other people who were going to be late for work where waiting with me. Terrible way to treat your Customers.

If I could I would give 0 stars! Unsanitary location! Lobby is so small there is no social distancing being implemented. Even if your appointment is at 9 you have to wait for all patients that came in and signed in before you. Staff is rude! Lady behind counter didn’t even greet. We sat in chair in hallway and they asked us to wait out outside without even asking if I had a condition that needed to be seated. My husband and I left. Will never come back here.

Won’t let me see my test results saying that my account info was incorrect even though I made sure it was right had to send an email got it back saying I can see my results on my account but when o logged in it told me the exact same thing worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!

Mis resultados se demoraban y solo era por un error en la base de datos en mi fecha de nacimiento. Los técnicos resolvieron el problema y yo obtuve mi resultado por email. En mi caso vi como trataron de resolver el problema,fueron accesibles y muy bueno el costume service. Si usted esta en la misma situación trate con amabilidad a la persona de costume service y seguro sera bien atendido,al menos esa fue mi experiencia.

This is the Laboratory that the State of Florida chose to process state COVID tests. To start, their customer service is terrible. Understand that volume of patients might be high but after waiting in line for apprx 40 mins, they pick up and hang up. It has been more than a week that a test was sent out to them and still no reponse if there is a positive case. That mediocre service is what makes de virus spread around even more. I am really diaspointed. I wish I could give it a 0 star rating. This people should not be taking over such important tasks.

Worst customer service ! Waited for an hour on hold for call agent Teresa to make it seem like she couldnt hear me and she hung up . Please dont waste your time they really dont know what they are doing my test results came back invalid.

It's been 10 days since I got tested at Marlins Park with them and still no results. When I call their customer service line, no one picks up. When I emailed them, they told me to call their customer service line. If you can go somewhere else to get tested, you should (some place that doesn't send their results to BioReference).

This is the lab doing the county Covid-19 tests. Turnaround time for results are longer than they claim. When you call for results, you hold for an hour and the rep picks up and hangs up. Dumping calls! In the meantime you have people stuck in quarantine that can return to work if this company were to handle tests accordingly.
