I bought the Biscayne Tavernier mattress and it only lasted 3 years! The mattress was permanently molded and felt I was sleeping on the last layer. I will never buy from this company again!

A poor quality product with zero quality control.
We purchased two twin-sized box springs from them to support a single king-sized bed. One side of the bed always sagged, for which we always (incorrectly) blamed the mattress.
After a couple of years, we accidentally tore the bottom fabric cover of the box springs while moving, so we removed the fabric from both. To our surprise, we found that one box spring had a center support, and in the other it was completely missing. Simply not there.
That's a bit like building a car, and forgetting to install the back seat.
The materials used in the manufacture of the box springs were also substandard. The cross slats were full of cracks and were sagging, even in the one box spring they managed to assemble more or less correctly.

I was visiting my daughter in Miami and had the greatest night of sleep I've had in a long, long time. She has Biscayne Bedding mattresses - they are heaven. I had one shipped to Montana, I liked it so much. It's by far the best bed I've ever had. And the experience with staff was very professional and expediant. I am very happy!

Best beds I have ever tried! Had a queen for years and when we got a king for our new place we knew we had to get another Biscayne Bedding mattress. The queen is now in our second bedroom and all of our guest still go out of their way to tell us how comfortable it was!
The choice was even easier thanks to their warranty policy. Having that extra comfort let us sleep even better, even though they're so high quality I can't imagine ever using it. They still look and feel like new! Highly recommend!

I bought one of their mattresses but after about 6 months it developed a large depression on one side. I thought I would take advantage of their 10 year warranty, however, I discovered I had to pay $100 to have it picked up and then another $100;to have it returned, which I paid since it was so new. Then after 9 more months, the same thing happed. I won’t be buying another one of their products.

We just got off of a Disney cruise and we loved our bed so much, I had to find out how to get one for my own! Turns out, it was a mattress from Biscayne Bedding International. It was seriously the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I hope I can get one soon!

they make poor products and they have zero customer service. Unless you buy the mattress directly from them which most people dont, you'll end up with a bed that's broken and people coming up with excuses for why it is not their problem. I always want to support your family business, but this is not the business to support. much easier to go to sleep number Tempur-pedic directly much better customer service Jan I just hung up with a staff member at your company who confirms that you do manufacture this mattress for Saatva. david
