  The best cheese shop in FL. Had the owner help me curate an amazing Thanks giving cheese board with delicious hard to find cheeses. She has an incredible knowledge of cheese and are safe in her hands to find amazing taste sensations! Many other things available such as crackers , jams and honey for an amazing board.

  From the genius of La Fresa Francesa comes this side excerpt of retail items varied from truffle honey to a vintage bottle of wine. Sandy brought a revival to Hialeah when she put this area on the map in such a bold manner by opening up a French bistro in an unconventional area. Not only did her restaurant excel in so many ways, this side location further proves that she's properly procuring refined goods and offering her good taste in selection for us in search of fine items. It's perfectly managed and I'm sure you'll find something that can easily be a statement piece in your pantry as well as your home. I'm a big fan of what she's done and I fully support this place. I strongly suggest a visit here as well as her restaurant next door. Parking is limited but it's accessible. I'm forever a fan.
