On the 22nd of July (2022), I was driving through Hialeah when my radiator pretty much exploded. I was left stranded in a random parking lot in a place I've never been where the majority speak a different language to me. I walked in here and met Alex and Javier who were absolute godsends. Alex came out to my car who gave me a quick and correct diagnosis, ordered the part (when he said he could have it in stock in 45 minutes, it was literally 45 minutes - mind blowing!) Javier then hooked me up with a local mechanic who made time for me that day (also mind-blowing) and sent me on my way (literally about 8 blocks away). Javier even arranged it so my radiator would be sent there. about an hour later my car was fixed and had the wonderful experience of meeting the amazing people. They let me stay in their shop offering great hospitality as I had nowhere to go. If I could offer 6 stars I would. Needless to say if I am ever in the Hialeah area again I will definitely be stopping in to say hello. What a wonder bunch of people and amazing company and customer service!!! Thank you Alex and Javvy (and the owner who ever knocked off $20 off the radiator as he could see the dire situation I was in!) - Patrick
