It's been a horrible experience, from having this company install a brand new ac that they have maintained all through and has now packed up within 5 years, to their non existent customer service. They do.not care one bit about me as a customer amd the old guy I spoke to let me know clearly. Do not make the mistake of using this company

Central Air Control is the epitome of poor customer service. My experience with them has been nothing short of disastrous. On multiple occasions, I called seeking help for urgent issues with my air conditioning system, only to be met with rude, dismissive responses and even having the phone hung up on me. When I asked for assistance, they directed me to find another company rather than addressing my concerns. It’s clear that they have no regard for their customers or their needs. Avoid Central Air Control at all costs—this company is unprofessional and untrustworthy, and they certainly do not deserve your business.

Do not use Central Air control.They tried to rip me off when my A/C was under warranty by charging me a total price for a new unit. The technician was very stubborn. Bad company.Service: A/C system maintenance

I used this company to install an air conditioning system, split unit Carrier. Great job, great work, excellent service. System works perfectly very very happy indeed and would recommend to everyone and the best part, really really great prices on Carrier systems

The supervisor Nelson was extremely rude and unprofessional. If that’s even his real name. This company doesn’t care about their customers whatsoever, they’ll only begin to make changes when it impacts their business financially. I see why their rating is soooo low. I bought a 17 Seer Carrier air conditioning unit from Central Air Contro l Inc. in June of 2019. This unit was purchased with a 10 year manufacturer warranty and functional parts. Ever since the unit have been installed, they have been out to fix some issues. The owner ******, will not return phone calls or written correspondence. My unit have been out of service since December and he will do absolutely nothing to communicate with us. I need some help.

Great company if you value low budget, low quality work, with techs who take 3-5 attempts to “fix” the issue. If not, I’d look for alternative options.Services: Thermostat installation

I bought a brand new home and the thermostat went out. One year later the thermostat went bad again I called them and they lied to me and said there's only a 90 day warranty they weren't I was standing in the store looking at the warranty and it's a 5 year warranty I told them 1 bring me a thermostat all install it myself or 2 all write some Google reviews. They said no either we charge you 150 bucks or we'll take option B so here I am writing a review because these guys are liars and I talked to 4 different people and they're all very disrespectful I will never ever and I'll let my neighbors know not to do business with these a*******Service: A/C system repair

I had purchase a brand new home in 2021 and immediately after moving in my thermostat went out. I called and they replaced it. now 1 year later the thermostat went out again. I called and they said it wasn't under warranty. Would cost me 150 dollars. This was after i sat home sweating my a** off for 3 hours. I went directly to a AC parts supplier and found the thermostat. The supplier said it has a 5 year warranty. I called these people back and they lied to me once again and said it had a 90 day warrenty and it would cost me $150 dollars to replace. I told them I am looking at the box and you are lying right to me. so i said here is the deal. I will come and pick one up from you or you can drop one off but i am not paying you for a defective item. So you have option A to give me one and i will install myself or option B I will make sure everyone knows how poor of customer service you have. The guy on the phone said he will take option B. So here we are. Have took photos and sent it to my enter community and now they have lost the entire neighbors business due to the fact they installed all units at our location. So good luck and thank you for lying.

I had the privilege of meeting Omar Gonzalez, an outstanding AC technician who from the start impressed me with his superior knowledge, professionalism and wonderful customer service. This exceptional individual, gave me a detailed outline of what was needed and made sure I was provided with the service necessary to complete my order. Please commend Omar for his integrity, dedication and willingness to assure that all the clients are left with satisfaction and contentment, he is an asset for this organization. I will always highly recommend Central Air Control and call this establishment any time air conditioning service is necessary and of course request that Omar Gonzalez be my technician, who is an important and superb worker. Maria and little Gaby Catalano are grateful for the outstanding service.

I had Central Air install a new AC unit only to discover they only installed new parts and left the original housing and wires. However, I was charged for a brand new unit. Spoke to manufacturer about this and they said that is not the correct way to install a new unit. After calling them several times, I finally spoke to a Mr. Alvarez who told me the installer made a decision to just replace the parts because he could not find us in the house to discuss this. Funny how he managed to find my husband when he needed payment and still did not discuss the fact that he only replaced the parts. I have called to set an appointment which they are very busy. The day finally comes for them to show up they never did. I have taken off from work which I have a busy schedule as well. I call them and my time slot is completely different from what I booked. These people are unprofessional and a waste of time. I see why they have a 2.7 rating and seems they haven't improved. It's like they really DGAF! I can't wait until.my warranty is up. I will NEVER use their sorry A**Service: A/C system maintenance
