1 teller for 9 customers. Plenty of other staff walking around, no one offered assistance. Came @ my lunch time had to leave after 20 minutes, still had 4 people infront of me. Incredible lack of respect for customers time.

Always one person at the window while other employees are sitting around and joking. The front where the ATM is constantly dirty either receipts all over the floor.

They have great service and resolve issues well, but I do have to say it's not a rare thing to encounter long lines of people waiting to be served in both service and cashiers. Would love to give them 5/5, but the time spent makes it a pain to just think of going there at certain hours.

Crappy service refused to cash a money order, and I'm an account holder with Chase go figure.
