Rough treatment, you don't feel like a customer, it's as if you were requesting a favor... they act as if they don't need anything from you and you need everything from them... two attempts and on different dates and the treatment is the same... the person who serves the door looks at you and acts as if you were an epidemic, when you end up saying that you will look for another bank his response in gesture and image is indifference... I have been a Chase customer for 10 years and I have only felt this way in this branch...

Terrible service, they should pay attention to all the negative comments from customers and review their staff, horrible experience both times I went, never again, thanks to the fact that there is another branch nearby I was able to open the account, if that were the only one, not anymore they would have clients

Worst customer service level , starts from top to toe . From the greeter , specialist to the supervisor all are bland people either rude or lack basic customer service skills . The supervisor is a different level though , very condescending acts like he owns the bank . Stay away from this branch . No wonder he’s a 2 star on google review . Stupidity is doing the same thing and expecting different results , Keep treating people this way and you will be at one star before you know it .

It looks like everyone has the same problems, jejejeje I TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERYONE IS FROM INDIA. And they don't know shiit.
And chase just doesn't care so for that reason I'm closing all my business accounts, almost 2 million going to another bank.

I had an appointment and I arrived half an hour early, so as not to have any inconvenience and not be late, it turns out that half an hour after my appointment time they had not yet attended to me and the bank was almost empty, I went with my newborn daughter to open a fixed account, when I left the person at the door asked me if I was leaving, I answered yes, and he only said ok without giving me any explanation to that bank address I'm not going anymore they don't respect appoitment

Terrible service, I went to the bank on 4th West and 49th in Hialeah to open an account for my son and he told the boy that I had to make an appointment online and I told him but the bank is EMPTY and he said sorry, what do you have to do? an appointment, the bank with no one waiting completely empty and only a boy at the door saying the same thing to everyone who entered, now I enter online and there is no appointment for that bank until August, I had to look for another one further away and still everything is inside of 15 days, they are there to assist us, you go to the bank when you have the time and you need it, I hope they improve

My first experience at a Chase branch was very disappointing.
The person in charge of receiving customers had an unprofessional attitude and looked me up and down in a contemptuous manner.
The service was poor and I did not feel welcome at any time.
I do not recommend this venue at all.

I have a saphire banking account. i love chase however recently customer service has gone down down i when to open a 2nd account for my business and they told me i needed an appointment and the nearest appointment was 2weeks wait. The lobby was empty. So i drove to regions bank and open my business account i sat in the regions bank for less than 10min. And while i was there i moved my checking and savings as well.
