I recently visited this Chase branch hoping to open an account, but unfortunately, I was turned away because there were 40 minutes left until closing. They told me there were no appointments available, even though the bank was empty, and advised me to come back the next day earlier. When I mentioned that I could only arrive at 4:20 because of work, they told me that I couldn't open the account there and suggested I go to another branch, as there are several others. I find it unbelievable and disappointing that a branch of such a major bank cannot accommodate customers, even with enough time before closing. I expected better service and more flexibility. It seems they don't need more customers; perhaps they already have enough. As for me, I will cancel my credit card with them and will certainly not put a single dollar in this bank. I hope they can improve their customer service because it leaves much to be desired.

I expected better service and more flexibility. It seems like they don't need more clients, maybe they have enough.
For my part, I will cancel my credit card that I have with them and of course I will not put a single dollar in that bank.
I hope they can improve their customer service because they leave a lot to be desired.

Staff: I have literally seen senior customer service staff playing Pokémon. And this really takes away the seriousness of the company from me.
Atmosphere: Beautiful, Chase is a beautiful place inside and comfortable. Although this one needed a little cleaning, the floor was very dirty even seeing that it had been recently cleaned.
Service: I only went to deposit money, but for other people, I don't see them leaving with happy faces. They looked stressed
I recommend coming with an appointment, it is normal that they will reject you for attending you if you do not have one. Even if they are during working hours and there are not so many staff. It's my second time coming.

Got help by Mike, one the managers, for opening a business account and such. He was super kind and especially helpful, making sure everything was done correctly. They have a very friendly staff.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this Chase branch in Hialeah. Arianna is terrific, and takes care of their customers with consummate professionalism. Their team is extremely attentive and they’re willing to help you. The lobby is spacious and clean, and there's generally parking available in their lot, so it's a quick in and out every time I have to go here.

I had a great experience at this branch. Ariadna assisted me with opening 2 business accounts and the process was smooth and easy. Maikel the manager and all the associates that work here are very professional and attentive. I have been going to them ever since for all of my banking needs.

For me Chase is the best bank in the US...but this branch should be closed, because it is not efficient at all...quite the opposite of all the other branches I have visited

Went today at 1 in the afternoon to open an account and it was completely empty. I was told that I had to schedule an appointment and it was scheduled in 2 weeks while the bank is completely empty. Poor service.

Terrible attention from the administration, they change the appointment time according to their convenience for Axis Oxes who needed to leave early on the same day of the appointment and when you arrive 2 minutes late they make excuses for not attending you…..it happened to me 2 times with different people…..well, in the afternoon they don't want to work…. I don't recommend it to anyone...
