Terrible experience, the worst I have had in a bank. We made an appointment at 12:30, we arrived on time as usual, the person was with other clients and immediately came out to ask us what the reason for the visit was. He really listened to us but we got the impression that he wanted to get away from us quickly, without giving us many options. Not recommended for anyone. It has lost a lot of quality.

I've been a Chase's client since 2015, I know is a great bank, but just because I don't want to deal with such a disrespectful customer service again, I will move to Bank of America, me and my family accounts (over 12 people including business accounts) I made a appointment since last week, the representative told me at 2:45pm, and I had arrived at 2:30pm. We'll, Isaira had already someone from the waiting people with no appointment on her desk. I waited patiently, and at 2.56pm I spoke with someone to confirm that I was not supposed to do anything else but wait.
First they told me that my appointment was at 2.30pm, that they had everyone's appointments confirmed for the afternoon and that I was late, period, after Isaira came to speak with me, I also spoke with another lady, I assumed she is a supervisor or something, her name was Idelsy or something like that... Super disrespectful and she told me that I was late and that they where going to reschedule my appointment, that's it. No respect, no consideration at all. Lots of people in lines and only 3 representatives helping, more than 3 desk free and they don't have people to assist you with such a simple thing. My recommendation, go somewhere else, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, and save yourself some time.

Excellent attention. My boyfriend had an appointment and earlier that day the person with whom he had the appointment, Mr. Luis Vaca, called him to confirm attendance and find out what procedure he wanted to carry out so that they could be prepared about what requirements were needed and communicate them to us. I find this anticipation of the service a very positive and super attentive aspect!
Once at the bank they received us about fifteen minutes after the established time since they were with another client, however throughout the appointment the representative Luis Vaca was in charge of explaining to my boyfriend and me everything related to the different financial instruments so that he could decide the one that best suited his needs, he explained how to open the app, everything in great detail and with interest in customer satisfaction.
Very satisfied ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't understand this bank, despite all the people who always come to be served, there are never workers available to serve the customer, the service is always horrible.

Bad attention. It is incredible how much time they waste on clients due to their slowness, not to mention that they rarely want to serve clients, most of them try to get out of you quickly so they literally do nothing because they are seen alone at their desks. ...

It is a very used ATM, there is almost always a queue and today, wow! Only one of the four machines was "partially" working. Theoretically, Chase is one of the best banks. I don't know what to think...
