If i can give this branch a negative star i would.Slowest service i have ever experienced.Only one teller working and is completely lacks customer service. Very poor communication. If you are not happy with your job why are you doing it and making other people miserable.Unbelievable.For a prefessional institution, I cant believe how they operate.

Personally, I don't recommend it. We had an appointment for 1:30 and we arrived at 1:20 minutes and it's going to be 2 pm and they haven't called us. They are very unpunctual, so keep in mind that here the Apo unen are the style Cuban Thanks I leave it to your reflection

How is it possible that they tell you that if you are Cuban you need to have a passport to open an account with them, that the social security number and your ID are not enough, that if you have another nationality you do not NEED A PASSPORT, but if you are Cuban YES. AND IF YOUR PASSPORT HAS EXPIRED??, IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT?, THAT IS CALLED DECRIMINATION.

Excellent experience, the employees were very polite and attentive, always asking newcomers how they could help them, I was there to open a new account without appointment, and as soon as they could help me, they did it. Thanks to Ms. Isayra and Mr. Antonio for the great service.

Bad service from upper management. They don’t help the employees. They sit at there desk walking around. Adrián y Antonio are doing above beyond!I wouldn’t want to open an acct here.Belkis should help more and also the doors of the lobby are extremely loud.Not good for business!

I Went to the bank two times to open a checking account. Unfortunately the banker assigned to the appointment was Luis Vaca . This associate was very rude, disrespectful and did not show any customer service abilities to stay as a CHASE REPRESENTATIVE.

Attention for customers, I had bad experience yesterday, I needed to have a signed a paper for my Job notification, I needed in blue ink, and stamped also, I wanna know if the supervisor can address this issue, this person couldn't help me, with just sign and stamped, she didn't have blue ink and the worst I had waited almost like hour, my own bank cannt stamped or sign, someone has to address this, I had to leave, because is so ridiculous that ?.
