I went to the place to open an account and it could not be done, in addition to requesting the appointment it is only online, apparently the employees of the place are so busy that they cannot schedule the appointment in person, the advertising is misleading, they say that you can make the appointment in person and it is not true, I really left very dissatisfied with the service, such a large place and there is practically no staff to serve.

The worst service, it takes a while for them to serve you, and when they finally do, they tell you to go to another branch because there is no space here... Hellooo, it's my money that I'm going to give you to save, I'm a customer... There should be more empathy .

I went twice to open a business account. The first time the manager told me that is not staff to help me. I went on Saturday again because is walk-in according to her. They told me that they only have one banker and booked the whole day. Unbelievable, they only have appointments in a few days.
