A beautiful bank with excellent service and first-class attention for a long time that I have been visiting this bank, now out of Horror and fear they removed the ticket offices and only two people serving the Public after an hour 10 minutes of waiting with 7 people waiting one of the two leaves workers to lunch and the very polite and attentive manager told us that it would take at least one more hour to be attended to, I told her that they do not have enough staff and we only received an apology, she was tied without being able to do anything to provide better service.

No tellers, people are coming in then leaving in disgust after waiting FOREVER to be served. More money for giant corporations to screw over the commoners.

They are supposed to offer free notary services for customers and heard the person tell the front desk clearly to dismiss us because they were not doing that today. This is unacceptable and I decided to get my money out of the bank right there. I had to go somewhere and pay to be able to get the document notarized. Shane on you Chase!!! This is the second Chase we had to go and same issue. Again, shame on you Chase!!

Been a customer of Chase for ever. Walk in today in the morning to get a document motorize. There were 3 customer services rep available, none of them with clients. One saids am sorry we have no one that can notarize your document. The lady next door said, I am a notary but am completely book for the day. I responded thank you. I stay in the bank getting money from ATM and them out side for 15 min, no customers came in. I left and went to TD bank, no questions asked. They motorize my document in 2 minutes. The guy was super nice and professional. I even told the gentleman that I was not a member of TD bank and he said “no problem”. Chase is really lacking customer services these days. You walk in these days, your not even acknowledge.

Not good Rates are Too high even if you are a customer thank you Chase think I need to find me another bank to do business with even though I've been doing business with you guys for many years

This used to be an excellent branch until they removed all the tellers. They filled in the wall where the tellers were and replaced them with one ATM. Beware, if the ATM doesn't give you the denomination you desire, the 2 human beings left at the branch will not provide you with change as they informed me that branch doesn't carry any money so they are exclusively reliant on that ATM. Save your time and go elsewhere!
