At 8:35pm a disrespectful blonde shabby shubby lady locked the door on my face saying they were close. And there were customers still inside the store. I think the owner should know they're closing before time and how rude she the staff is.

Well today, as I decide to go to Citi train for Fourth of July and go shopping as a regular customer I always come by myself, but today I came in with my kids and. My autistic son. Needed to use the restroom. I went to the employee and ask her can she gives me access to the restroom? She told me no customers are allowed to use the restroom and I ask her it was not for me. It was for my son she even denied access for him to. And I had to go out the store and go to another convenient shopping store to let my son use the restroom. I think this is overboard and ridiculous. I know my law and she needs to learn hers to. The Restroom Access Act, also known as Ally's Law, is legislation passed by several U.S. states that requires retail establishments that have toilet facilities for their employees to also allow customers to use the facilities if the customer has a medical condition requiring immediate access to a toilet

At City Trends in the Flamingo Shopping Center, Hialeah, the attention of the Manager, a young brunette lady, was TERRIBLE. What a rude, daring and abusive person. Train your staff better! I went to make a change, some sports shoes that I bought yesterday and one had a broken lace. I wore them and showed them, a new girl who didn't know what to do helped me and another told her to change the laces. They called this "Manager" and she didn't want the girl to help me put them on the shoes, the cash register was empty, there was no line and she told me "that she had done a lot to give me the laces and not put them in damage" and that If I didn't like it, I would get my money back." How gross! This is not how you serve the public! Learn something called SERVICE. Please!!
