So on a Friday they only had one teller long lines other workers just sitting on their desk and guess what this branch will not cash a check from their own bank if you don’t have an account with them pretty Insaine a city bank check they this location will not change because you don’t have an account with them just no respect for the consumer at all I will NEVER have this bank ever in my life it’s the worst

Well so much for gold memeber. I had to wait one hour for the rep to take lunch because they only have one person in the entire bank that can help you set up a beneficiary. And banks still wonder why people are running to defi and crypto.
