How about telling your customer service staff to inform persons that ask the location for online items. They made me wait in return lines for no reason.
Regrettably for me, I had waited 15 minutes in line to go outside to pick up my online orders. When I walk outside the right of the building there are absolutely no signs indicating they pick up location is here. You have to be a regular customer to know what's happening but for new people, it's so sorry for you.
Go ahead and start painting your buildings indicating you have staff coming in and out for delivery.

I love this Walmart supermarket 1 I have everything that you need 1 hard-working employees good customer service but not on today I visit a store shopping with my son at the self-checkout I kind of like got stuck it was too cashiers but the other one was helping a customer but it was one Caucasians with black hair and eyeglasses calling for her help but she cut her eyes on the corner at me and turn the head my son called her she looked in that my son was a stupid look and turned her head she must be having a bad day. Whatever she's going through please don't take it out on me and my son. The first time I see this cashier in the first time she seen me or whatever I don't know but whatever she's traveling her I don't have nothing to do with it and it's this is a place of business and I'm a customer that needs assistance but not her attitude Walmart you have to do better with the customers when it comes to your employees bringing their plumbers to work.

Had my first ever Walmart run at the Supercenter in Hialeah and I'm officially wowed ?! Who knew shopping could be this exciting? The variety is CRAZY huge ??️ - literally ticked off every single item on my list without breaking a sweat. And the prices? Mostly unbeatable ??! Sure, you might have to do a little cart-dodging dance in the aisles ??, but there's plenty of room to sidestep and keep on shopping. Checkout lines can get a tad busy ?, but that's just part of the Walmart buzz.

Every time I visit Walmart, I know I will find everything I need, and sometimes even things I didn't know I needed. The variety of products is impressive, from fresh foods to electronics, and always at competitive prices. I love the fruit and vegetable section, which is always well stocked and offers fresh, good quality products.

The store opens at 6.00 am. There is no specific “business hours” for the paint department. When asked for help, the associates were the same as asking to a stone. If there no specification as Garden, or pharmacy with different hours, the customer will assume is the same as the store. A piece of advice Walmart, check on your associates customer service skills, they are killing you !

The only thing that happens to me with Walmart is that there is no staff at the checkout, and when you want to look for something you ask and they tell you? I don't work in this area, for the love of God, you never find anyone to help with what you're looking for.

I went to buy the roast chicken they sell at Walmart. I put it so my husband could help himself to eat. He helped himself and went to eat while watching TV. And when I come to bite my piece of chicken I realize that the chicken is raw inside. I see that it has blood, the chicken is raw inside. That's disgusting and may have bacteria. I am letting Walmart know that it is dangerous to sell their customers chickens that have to be well cooked, raw on the inside. One trusts the quality of what they sell. If Walmart sells a chicken that must be cooked, and they sell it raw inside, anyone who consumes it can catch bacteria like staphylococcus and can end up in an emergency hospital.

Not much to update. Still not enough registers open when lines are super long. Now they don't even have both sections of self checkout open. Just gets worse and worse. Editing post from 5 months ago. This place just keeps getting worse. 4 lanes open on a Friday night? With unhappy customers in the lines. This is why I go to target unless it's late and I really need something!
