What annoying people, I don't understand how they can sell. They should give them classes on manners, they don't have any education and how to respond to a client. And the 2 stores where I have always bought are the same.

Terrible service and attitude from the older ladies working there. I came in looking for some bleach products and they completely ignored me and one made a face when I turned my back. Sucks to see people be bothered by having to do the job that feeds them.

If I could give 0 stars I would, very bad service, the lady was poorly educated and rude. And apart from that, it gives you false information about returns, when the receipt itself clearly denies it. I had to go to another CosmoProf branch and they solved my problem instantly. I will not return to this place again
