People totally incapable of helping a customer who asks them a simple question. The people who work there always have a tremendous face, you ask them something and they don't move from the register. Today, as always, I was there buying some dyes and I asked the person who was working there and she didn't pay any attention to me. It really is a place that I will not go to again. I prefer to buy at Sally's or another place where there is customer service.

What annoying people, I don't understand how they can sell. They should give them classes on manners, they don't have any education and how to respond to a client. And the 2 stores where I have always bought are the same.

Terrible service and attitude from the older ladies working there. I came in looking for some bleach products and they completely ignored me and one made a face when I turned my back. Sucks to see people be bothered by having to do the job that feeds them.

In the years that I have lived in the USA, I have never entered a store where the service is so bad, the lady who works there apparently does so upset, anything you ask her SHE DOESN'T KNOW (that's what she tells you) with a bad face she won't tell you. Exactly if I could give -0 stars I would also do it, the lady they have as a salesperson should not be serving the public, she has no training for it, they are stopping selling because they have a person with such a bad character in that place (red alarm) for the owners. Take better care of your money because there are many people out there who want to work and progress.

If I could give 0 stars I would, very bad service, the lady was poorly educated and rude. And apart from that, it gives you false information about returns, when the receipt itself clearly denies it. I had to go to another CosmoProf branch and they solved my problem instantly. I will not return to this place again

Horrible service, I went there last Saturday and the cashier who was there was super rude, first of all, between cheese it was her and I alone, she was on the cell phone and she wasn't even able to say good morning, that says a lot to say for the I visit the store regularly even though I live far away because I lived in Hialeah for many years and they never treated me poorly. I tell you, anyone who works with the public has to have very good customer service, for that we have the license.

My experience in this place was horrible, I was served by a short, chubby lady, who from what I see is the same one everyone is talking about and she practically forced me to buy a shampoo that I didn't want. I was looking for the olaplex and ended up buying the it's a because he told me that this other one that I was looking for didn't work. And it turns out that the one that didn't work for me is the one she recommended to me. His treatment of people is very ugly. Maybe despóstame told me that the place was not frequented by people of African descent. I don't know how they have someone like that working in this place.

Good afternoon, I had a bad experience. There is a woman at work who has no way of dealing with customers. She told me that she couldn't test the dryer because they weren't authorized to do that and that if it was broken, I should go to the babyliss company. Pk, they couldn't change it for me either. $180 dryer I'm not going anymore, I'm not going to buy anything else. She has short hair and is chubby. It's a shame she has such a bad manner with clients.
