Horrible service, I went there last Saturday and the cashier who was there was super rude, first of all, between cheese it was her and I alone, she was on the cell phone and she wasn't even able to say good morning, that says a lot to say for the I visit the store regularly even though I live far away because I lived in Hialeah for many years and they never treated me poorly. I tell you, anyone who works with the public has to have very good customer service, for that we have the license.

My experience in this place was horrible, I was served by a short, chubby lady, who from what I see is the same one everyone is talking about and she practically forced me to buy a shampoo that I didn't want. I was looking for the olaplex and ended up buying the it's a because he told me that this other one that I was looking for didn't work. And it turns out that the one that didn't work for me is the one she recommended to me. His treatment of people is very ugly. Maybe despóstame told me that the place was not frequented by people of African descent. I don't know how they have someone like that working in this place.

Horrible service the lady at the cashier is unhelpful, rude, and unknowledge. She was very distant and cold to another customer asking for help and gave attitude to me when asking simple questions. I hope people like her are soon out of jobs, it would truly be for the best.

The lady who works here was coughing and visibly sick and not wearing a mask. Not sanitizing anywhere in this store.

Because the management has hired an individual that doesn't speak English, she'll either constantly say no or just hang up the phone when you call. Rude! It's useless to have staff that can't communicate with the patrons and therefore offering no assistance.

Came in 6 minutes before closing to do a return and was turned away after driving 30 minutes with Miami traffic, and it was the closest location to me. VERY disappointed. I told her all I had was a return. There was plenty of people in the store still shopping around. She could have done my return while they were shopping. Definitely not coming to this store again and will make an effort to drive further for a different store. This happened today. Management tell your workers to get it together or change your hours. Very inconvenient.

I have been in this country for 20 years and I've never felt so badly treated when entering a business. I get there 5 min before closing and they did not let me. The way everything hppened was so humiliating. I never write a review for anything, but this was worth it as I had never felt this way. I had a heavy heart and felt like crying. This store is a disgrace to our city. What a shame!

I never been this satisfied with my hair color and it's all thanks to Mina. She's professional at her job and really know what the person wants. My hair was damaged from all the bleaching but she brought it back alive. I couldn't be any happier. Definitely going back to Mina again! Next time you need to bleach or touch up, come and find Mina !

Very proffessionals. Great customer service . I have been to many cosmo prof Dade , Broward and Hillsborough counties and by far this store and the one in Red Road are my favorite . Their staff goes extra mile to help you or explain to you. Congratuliations to the management that put together such a great team.??

I have been in this country for 21 years and I've never felt so badly treated when entering a business. Upon entering the store an employee geeted me very nicely to ask me if I had a professional license. I did not have one and she proceeded to tell me that place was not for me. I told her that my husband had a barber license and she said, "the come back with your husban." I agrred and ask if at least I could see the hair colors they had, and that's when she proceeded to tell me "I cannot have u here." The way evrything hppened was so humiliating. I never write a review for anything, but this was worth it as I had never felt this way. I had a heavy heart and felt like crying. This store is a disgrace to our city. What a shame!

To whom this may concern I am a licensed professional of 15 years and have been a member of your company for at least 10 years. Today I visited your location store number 9161 in Hialeah Florida, and not only was I am bombarded and stopped immediately upon entry based off of the color of my skin and my appearance. Never have I've been treated in such a manner as if I was not a professional or unable to understand the fact that this particular store is only available for licensed professionals. The manager Judith, accosted me at the front door telling me that she didn't know who I was and wanted me to immediately present my Cosmoprof member card in order to prove that I was a licensed professional. Feeling obligated I did as requested because I understand the guidelines and have no expectations of not showing proof of membership. which it is to be able to I didn't have a member card available so I surrendered her my license so that she can verify not only my name, my current address, in my face I also gave her my phone number, all while in front of other customers and staff members. Her tone and mannerisms where overly disrespectful and uncalled for. I was subjected to interrogation and ridicule. I have never been disrespected in a PROFESSIONAL store in such a manner in my life!!!!! After she was ABLE to verify that not only was I a licensed stylist as well as a nail technician, but that I also carried a member card, I was not offer any type of apology. She stated this I was a "NEW" mandatory policy that if she didn't know me, that I had to show proof of membership. To put it flat out, she was rude, nasty and racist. I have been licensed for over 15 years. I have been a patron of your business for at least 10 of those years if not more. I don't appreciate being treated by you or any representatives of your company in a manner of disrespect, egregious racism or stereotypes in any form. I hope that in the future other customers don't have to be made to feel less than because of the color of their skin or personal appearance. I will never ever spend money at your location or any other location in the United States of America. I will make sure to spread the word about your locations that participate in a racial discrimination.
