Took one of my cars in for new tires. The car had perfect working brakes when I dropped it off at 9 am. When I came to pick up the car, I was told some liquid had poured onto the floor while it was raised, and they didn't know what it was. I didn't think anything of it, so I got in the car, started it, and when I put in reverse to leave, I had no brakes whatsoever I had to quickly put it in park otherwise I would of hit someone. How can they not know the car had no brakes? The pedal is hitting the floor.. Someone took the car out and parked it and didn't see this. I proceeded to file a case. When contacted by a Costco regional manager, he supposedly looked at a video and that the car came in with the brake hose leaking, BS... it was not, and if so, why didn't they call me before continuing to put those tires. I showed the manager that the parking spot had no oil leak marks, plus the manager gave me a ride home because I could drive it, and I showed him my driveway spot clean. I have 7 cars with tires from this Costco. Never again, I will take my business somewhere else. Beware!! Take pictures and videos of your car before using them or go somewhere else.

Great experience. Just left, and I was very impressed. For one, I ordered the tires from the site and ( once the tires arrived the store ), I was able to make the appointment online for installing the new tires.
To my suprise, the store also called me and advised that the tires were in and offered me an even sooner appointment. Luckily, I was the first appointment and there was another walking right after me. Both of us walked out w our services done roughly 40 minutes later. Mind you, they advised it was a quiet day, but the staff was all amazing. I had a very good experience and if you value your time, book online and go from there! ( Update - Went a 2nd time and got more tires. It's been weeks and they still dead a great job on both visits. )

Good prices + lightning fast service & excellent customer service = great place for tires!
Calvin C went above & beyond to find me the best tires & explain why. His coworkers replaced all 4 tires in record time & left my car as clean as I brought it in.

Today I got a flat tire and went to visit this center to get helped. I am a Costco member and was told by an employee that they only work by appointment. This is ridiculous and does not make sense at all. It does not serve the purpose of fixing flat tires as if I knew when I was going to get one. It was very inconvenient and upsetting.

Today there weren't many people pumping gas so I really liked it. At 5 pm there are always many people but today that was not the case.

They were not able to rotate the tires within their warranty because the screws were too tight…. Basically they didn't want to take a lever and loosen 5 screws, so they recommend a workshop to do it... it seems that they have negotiated with the workshop... very bad service... ahhh and I was waiting 4 hours to pick up the car without receiving a call...

I could not be happier with the customer services I received from Andres Gomez at the tire services at Costco located at 16580 NW 59 Ave Hialeah. Quick service & very trustworthy, then I was transfer to Brandon D. He took care of my car needs, was able to set up an appointment, make an special order so I would have the tire as soon as possible, even though place was busy I notice he always show a great customer services and provided a nice answer to customers phone calls.Thank you Alexander R. So I visited the one in Orlando and had a great experience, they had everything that I needed and more. And of course you can't leave without your hot dog and Coke.

Went in because of a leak, I’ll see if the job solved the issue in a couple days. Calvin was great in squeezing me in on a busy day but the tech that worked on my car, Dominick, was extremely careless with my wheels. I understand the edges sometimes get scuffed or scratched when slipping the tire on, but the entire face of the rim is now covered in bites and scratches. The warranty repair was free of charge but now I’ll have spend over $125+ to fix the damage on the rim. Needless to say, don’t go here and if you do be sure to get someone more careful to work on your tires/wheels.
