sales workers need training and need to understand what is in stock before offering customers products, i was told a phone was available and after being charged and giving all my information for a port the sales associate tells me that the phone i wanted was not actually available, location was messy needed to tidy up i got a phone case but once i got a chance to set up the phone at home i realized that the case thats on my phone was for a older version that is the same dimensions of my phone but not my phone so screen protector doesn't match up with front camera and volume and power button dont really click correctly. just came back to cricket as a customer and truly disappointed.

This store is a not to go store ... they have no knowledge of the service the are providing .. I spoke to a rep name mike . (No customer service) he was not trying to help at all... my work phone was disconnected because the got the wrong set up on my 4 line ... he was constantly sending me to cricket customer service . Knowing that the error or mistake was done at his store ..I wouldn’t recommend this store to anybody and definitely mr rep MIKE YOU NEED TO BE REPLACE.

Ask for Alejandra,Once I arrived to this Cricket location everything was very clean and organized. As soon as we arrived Alejandra was very attentive. She nows very well all the products and services Cricket carries and was able to answer all my questions. She is a good listener and was able to provide me with exactly what I needed. She is very knowledgable, professional, respectful, and polite. If every Cricket store would have an Alejandra, every Cricket would have 5+ Star rating. Don't forget to ask for Alejandra!

Waited for a phone for over 2 weeks that they supposedly ordered but hadn't recieved. What can I say! When I spoke to one of the employees he told me a story about a system issue and blah blah blah. I felt I was being played so stupidly. Horrible and frustrating experience.
